wmode transparent brings with it a bunch of issues. Unless you need to show
artwork underneath the swf THROUGH the swf by removing its background color,
I suggest to avoid this mode.

FF has always had issues resizing Flash (and other plugin content).

I am not sure what else to suggest (also, the problem is not actually
SWFObject related)
