nope - if the issue was due to the embedswf function many others would be
reporting the issue too

your initalizing the swfobject in an iframe via a link assume your using
jquery to do this (BTW you have 2 versions of jquery in the page - this
won't cause this issue) - I think you using jquery to change the visibility
of the iframe and its contents

if you see the thread "swf rotator" you could adapt that code to fit your
needs here without the need for the iframe

but you could may be better off using a click action within the swf used to
display the movie - this would reduce complexity further
and you would'nt need jquery - not sure if the media player you using have
this feature (most do)

you would have to check support/forums for the media player your using
