Although this isn't the forum for it, you can tell FB what to use by using the below meta tags:
<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.yerdomain.com/yourThumb.jpg"/> <meta property="og:title" content="Title of your page"/> <meta property="og:description" content="the description you want to use"/> This overrides what your page has. However, I think the description you are currently getting is from your content that is being replaced by swfobject. Robots see that text instead of your flash and grab it's contents. This is why some developers (for SEO purposes) have their alternative content similar to what their flash is providing, but in an HTML format. Try changing your alternative content. This will also help with mobile/idevices when viewing your page.
