I think Adobe erroneously deleted that page. It lived 10 days ago...

I contacted Adobe support and got this "very helpful" person. Who knows if
this will actually get fixed etc, but hey. I tried.... I am not hopeful.
Adobe support is like bashing your head against a wall...

Syed: Hello. Welcome to Adobe Technical Support.

Syed: I have received your query. Please allow me a moment to review the
details of your request.

Aran Rhee: Sure.

Aran Rhee: I know this is probably not your area, but I am hoping you can
pass it onto the website team.

Syed: I understand that you're unable to view the Adobe documentation. Am I
correct?

Aran Rhee: the particular page I noted seems to have been deleted from the
website by mistake (Adobe's own internal search engines still list it), but
there is a 404 for the page.

Aran Rhee: This page is important for customers needing to know how to embed
Flash player into their html pages.

Aran Rhee: The page existed 10 days ago according to google cache.

Syed: Please be online for a minute or two while I check on this.

Aran Rhee: Sure

Aran Rhee: You can see the Google cached version here:

Aran Rhee:
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:-dbvK7f3QogJ:kb2.adobe.com/cps/127/tn_12701.html+http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/127/tn_12701.html&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&source=www.google.com

Aran Rhee: BTW the doc id for the page is tn_12701

Aran Rhee: Also note it seems to be only the english version which is
affected. The other 9 language version of the page are live and working.

Syed: Could you please tell me which Adobe product you are using currently?

Aran Rhee: I am unsure what relevance that is. I am viewing the Adobe
website in a browser...

Syed: Okay, however, which adobe product you are using to embed Flash player
in to html?

Aran Rhee: Flash, Flash Builder, Dreamweaver, or coding by hand

Syed: Could you please tell me the version of the product and also if you
have the serial number so that I can guide you through the correct support
channel?

Aran Rhee: This issue affects anyone who is viewing the Adobe website. It
has nothing to do with a specific Adobe product. It is purely a website
issue.

Aran Rhee: Can you log this bug with the website support team?

Syed: If you can let me know the details of the product you are using I can
provide you the phone support team number who can assist on the issue and
possibly provide the alternative document number if it is within their
support.

Aran Rhee: Is there a support representative for the Adobe Community Help
application then? The issue is illustrated there. Perhaps that team will
know what to do...

Syed: I will forward the case to the next level of support to check on this.

Syed: Could you please provide me your phone number?

Aran Rhee: If you REALLY need a particular product and serial number to log
it somewhere, the you can say I am using Flash 5.5, and the serial is
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
Syed: I'll go ahead and forward this case to the next level of support to
check on this, you may receive a follow-up via email or phone.
