1) No - SWFObject only inserts swfs onto the page. The "handling" of files
is up to the Flash PLugin itself. No functionality is reduced with 2.x.

2) You cannot control autoplay for video through native Flash Player
params. This is specific to the video/audio player you have within your
swf/ Check the docs for your player. Most have flashvars you can pass to
control these sort of things.

3) This is the same as #2.

The JW Media player you are using is fully customizable through Flashvars.
