Good luck on that spoon feeding :)

This is not controlled by SWFObject (a javascript library which helps you
get your Flash content on an HTML page), but by your swf file directly. IF
you do not know how to code your own control bar, I suggest you look at
some of the free pre-built video players like flow player and jw media
player.
