Hi Matthias, pdf2swf do not support transparency but now xpdf3.01 work fine with this.
Do you plan to include xpdf3.01 in swftools ? For all people :i made pdf with scribus and the result in flash is very good with links, scribus have good svg import and some useful drawing tools.
