Thanks for the fix! I've changed your solution slightly, in that swfdump is now not called anymore at all for Windows. The -X and -Y parameters are read from pdf2swf's internal conversion fields, and the -r attribute is determined by reading the preloader into pdf2swf's memory and looking at it's header. This should also make it slightly faster.
