Thanks for the file. I believe the converter runs out of memory during conversion. There are some excessively large pbm images inside it (9600x13028), which scoop out the complete memory because they are converted to 24 bit temporarily during conversion. You might want to try an older version (around 0.6.0), as pbm images used to be treated differently there. I guess it's time to rework the image handling in the new version. I'll add an entry to the TODO list.
