Hi all, I wrote a little program called RaccoonShow to create flash presentations from a PDF file and audio. The presentations work great in swfplayer, but there are long delays on the slide changes in the official player. See http://www.jonobacon.org/events/jonobacon-onthefrontline.swf to see what I mean.
