Depends on the original swf.

What you can try is (I'm assuming screens.swf is the file with the
screenshots):

wav2swf `swfdump -r screens.swf` sound.wav -o sound.swf
swfcombine `swfdump -XY screens.swf` -Tm sound.swf screens.swf -o combined.swf
