Would it be possible to extract the vector graphics with transparent
background. The reason I am asking this is because under Windows "Flash
Decompiler" export the images into both jpeg with black background and png with
transparent background. Even though the size of the swf file is only 587KB, the
extracted 19 png files are 2.8MB in size while the jpeg are only 303KB.

Because the file doesn't contain any images which can
be extracted into png.
Only LOSSLESS/LOSSLESS2 tags are convertible into
PNG format- and no such tags exist in the SWF.
All images in the file seem to be either vector graphics or jpeg.
