Maybe. The original gif2swf author (Daichi Shinozaki) doesn't seem to be
around anymore, so could you add this to
http://bugs.swftools.org
for now?
Please also attach the SWF file you receive (the one which contains the
correct number of frames, but which only displays the first frame).
