[Swftools-common] Issues convert pdf to swf that contains rotated text

I have a pdf file that contains rotated text. around 20 degree rotate.

The output swf file does not rotate the text correctly, it just rotate the 
textbox, but the text itself still nearly straight.

Any suggestions???
