[Swftools-common] [PDF2SWF] Optimisation Paramters

Previously mentioned that you are considering to configure the following
parameters for Optimisation in PDF2SWF, is this change expected?

-O1 equilavent to --flatten 
-O2 equilavent to -s poly2bitmap 
-O3 equilavent to -s bitmap
