[Swftools-common] some white lines appears on image after using -O1 parameter

Hello all:

I use the parameter -O1 to output 21.swf
 
And you will see there're some extra white lines appears.
And if I do not use -O1 parameter, everything looks good.

Any comments. (I'm using the latest windows snapshot from
swftools.org)
