No, these files are not valid swf, as far as I understand. I am
currently developing a dynamic analysis defect detection tool, and these
files were generated by that tool as input files leading to a crash of
application.
However, the crash indicates that there is a bug in the application, and
i suppose that the bug should be investigated anyway. Besides, it may
possibly occur on valid input files also.

file command says that this flash files have version 0
Is it a valid swf?
