Just looked myself and found that it seems like one can detect links in a
PDF and even their position relative to the top left corner of the PDF.

Here is the output of "pdf2swf -vvvv -p 1 pdf.pdf -o 1.swf":

I guess that

gives me the exact rectangle of the link. This is great! I just need to
parse it and we can use it.
