Hi! I'm having an issue with swfcombine atm, the source PDF has 80-something pages that seem to convert fine page by page. my generation script tries without the poly2bitmap switch and then falls back to it, which happens about 50% of all pages.
When i then try to put all those pages back together into a single swf file with swfcombine it'll start complaining being out of IDs an then just stops with "Killed". could it be that the file gets too large/complex ? i'm still trying to get some meaningful error. running swfcombine with "-vv" yields no more details and "-vvv" seems to run forever and ever. normally i run it like this "swfcombine -t container.swf page_* -zo out.swf" are there any tips or best practices when dealing with this many pages ? i'm using a dev snapshot from january. i tried updating to the latest dev snapshot, but cannot get it compiled anymore. on OSX it'll stop during make complaining about ttf.c missing and on ubuntu server the configure script stops right away complaining about missing lib/ruby/Makefile.in (sadly i lost the exact error messages since swfcombine suddenly ate 2.7 gigs of ram and everything came to a halt).
