Hi,
I just yesterday converted a PDF with umlaut with the 0.91 version on
windows with no problems (http://vservu.de/mz3demo/index-Schaukel.html#/2).
The 0.90 before reported in several files many errors, but 0.91 works
better for me now; on Windows7 64Bit and with these settings:
-q -t -T 9 -s internallinkfunction=megazine.PDFlinkHandler -j40 -s
zoom=36 -G -p %%i -f "%pdf_path%%pdf_name%" "%book_path%%lo_res_path%%%i.swf
and
-q -t -T 9 -s internallinkfunction=megazine.PDFlinkHandler -j90 -s
zoom=92 -G -p %%i -f "%pdf_path%%pdf_name%" "%book_path%%lo_res_path%%%i.swf
A bit different, and you could try with those. But I do not expect that
makes the difference (haven't tested your switches, though)
Good luck

Hello,
I have a PDF that I am trying to convert with pdf2swf (090 and 091
windows) and it seems that all of the words with special characters
(umlaut, copyright symbol, etc) disappear from the output SWF.
This is a German language PDF.
The string that I am using is
pdf2swf -f -s zoom=93 -T 9 file.pdf -o file.swf
Here is a screenshot of the PDF and resulting SWF

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
Thanks
