Ananth, Are running ( or do you happen to run ) Windows?
If so, this link may just help you out. http://www.tracker-software.com/product/pdf-xchange-viewer/download It's basically a lean and fast PDF viewer. However, the free version also has a small amount of editing capability, one element of which is the ability to enter/edit/overlay a link. Try it on your problem url. One this amendment is made, as Balaji and Hans have pointed out, pdf2swf then recognises ( check the command output ) and converts the link. Give it a try. Still worth contacting the author of Xpdf. I'm sure the recognition of a link by Xpdf would be a useful addition. Regards, Chris. >On Thu, 23 Sep 2010 11:06:36 +0200 >"Hans Nuecke (vservu)" <[email protected]> wrote: > I opened your file with Adobe Acrobat PRO and could verify that the URL > was not yet defined as external link. > I did so in using the feature of Acrobat PRO to automatically convert > URLs into links; and then also the converted SWF file supports the link. > > Such support to convert URLs automatically are features available in > ACROBAT PRO, Nitro, Nuance's PDF Converter Professional and probably others. > I'm not aware if XPDF supports that... > > Regards > Hans > > On 23.09.2010 10:33, Ananth Palanisamy wrote: > > Hi Balaji, > > > > You can find the link in the bottom right of the page.
