i have developped a FMS chat in AS3 with swfc it is quite a big job and help
of AS3 experts will be a nice thing
i can give you my sources
in fact it is a mixed chat JS,PHP , AS3
if the FMS server is not reachable this chat is moved in a refresh based
system chat

is not finished and not perfect
