Having looked into this a bit more looks like it's nothing to do with the
linknameurl but rather the swf per page (-o %.swf) if the output is a single
swf it works as expected but when I split into swf per page anything after
the 1st swf doesn't include the font.

I was also wrong about which version I was originally using which must have
been pre-linknameurl 0.9.1 works fine.

So in summary, the latest development version has a bug when using swf per
page, swfs after page1 do not include fonts and so text breaks.

Sorry for the long-way round to identifying that!
