We managed to get the latest SWFTOOLS compiled and installed on Linux, but SWFRENDER of a SWF file results in an invalid PNG file. Is this tool just meant for rendering images that are generated by the SWTOOLS utilities? The documentation at http://wiki.swftools.org/index.php/Main_Page seems to indicate that:
swfrender: Bitmap rendering from swf files created with pdf2swf, jpeg2swf or png2swf. If so, the documentation should be enhanced to say that SWFRENDER does not render any arbitrary SWF, to avoid confusion. If not, is it possible that SWFTOOLS did not install correctly? Regards, Joop Kaashoek
