I've posted a simple example of doing it this way, for you, at the bottom of the wiki's code snippets page, http://wiki.swftools.org/index.php/Swfc_Code_Snippets Depending on your setup, some key strokes produce interesting results! ( Try 'Del' for example ) If you feel inclined to dig, there is also an extended key checking routine, including use of a toggle key, embedded in the scrappy player I concocted a good while back.
