Both worked for me last time I happened to be scratching
around in a Windows environment.  Are you sure you stated the command line 
string correctly?  What did you
use, and what ( if any ), was the error?

Most cross-compile I think..

Unless you've done something untoward with the pdf(?),
that shouldn't matter.
