Thanks!!  That is perfect.  I ended up using rfxview.swf which is perfect.

Incidentally, is there an easier way to make a dual-page SWF file, other
than using the Python script?  I looked through the man page for pdf2swf,
and I didn't see anything in there off-hand to do this.
