To be honest I don't know.  All I can say is the obvious, that your installtion
is for some reason not interpreting the '%' as a wildcard charater.  Why that is
the case, is the big question!

I don't run Windows at present, nor have I ever used anmy of the Microsoft 
Server
versions.  I see there's a trial available,

I suppose I could download, temporarily install it, and see if I get the same
issue..

Other than that, any one else out there, experience the same issue?  Or knows 
why
the '%' character is not being treated a wildcard?
