Same for 0.9.2 under both Linux - source and packaged for Parabola
GNU Linux - and Windows ( with the GUI ). Converts without fault.
Use pdf2swf with verbose option(s), i.e. -v[v][v][v]. and see if it
gives you ( and us ) a clue?  ;o)
