The review of SE-0053 "Remove explicit use of let from Function Parameters" ran from Mar 24…27, 2016. The proposal has been *accepted*: Everyone agrees that including this redundant syntax is pointless given that the var/inout syntax has been removed or moved, it probably should have been included with SE-0003.
