Since the implicit conversion is available from `UnsafeMutablePointer` to `UnsafePointer`, the functions listed in the proposal do not have to be overloads, they can simply replace existing ones instead. If/when the implicit conversion will be removed from the language, overloads accepting `UnsafeMutablePointer` would have to be introduced.
