Hi, I think Apple Developer Connections doesn’t advertise well what is going on with Swift 3 development, for example Swift blog on ADC is stalled from February. Come on people, let others know that Swift 3 is a big deal and urge others to read all its proposals because they shape up quite quickly and Swift 3 will affect everyone!
