Actually I can understand why some one *new* in Swift evolution can have such opinion
- for some time at the beginning I had the similar ;-) But what was *true* is just my
lack of knowledge and missing of understanding of Swift history/evolution directions
and previously accepted decisions. I'd recommend Gwendal to look into discussion
threads we all had during SE-0025, SE-0066, SE-0110 and probably other related proposals.
