Build the same files on an OS X machine with the 1.3 version of swig. Then look in something like scripts/Python/static-bindings or something like that. Copy the lldb.py and the other file from the build directory (the one that was really generated by a normal macOS build) into the static binding directory. There are just two files that need to be copied in.
