Philipp,
Oooopps! Sorry... I thought it was already GA as it was on the online store where I downloaded it and there were some version no changes already in the smwforum last week, and we discussed it during the Semantic Wiki Session 6 chat.

Hi,

as it has been already "leaked" on the SMW user mailing list, we have
released Halo extension / SMW+ 1.4.5.
Feature highlights are the new powerful access control, easier
deployment and a new skin.

What's new in this release:

New Access Control
   * protect single pages, pages residing in certain categories or
namespaces and values of semantic properties
   * comprehensive GUI for easy administration of access rights
   * restrict access for single users or user-defined groups
   * define access rights as templates which can be re-used in other
access rights or as default for new articles
   * every user can easily protect his own articles
   * supports the restriction of the actions: read, edit with form,
wysiwyg, annotate, edit, create, move, delete

Improved WYSIWYG editor
   * template picker for convenient embedding of templates and filling
in parameter values (via associated semantic forms)
   * integrated annotation mode for tagging contents with semantic
annotations
   * modify existing queries directly with the inbuilt query interface
   * add web service calls for generation of dynamic content directly
within the editor
   * full screen editing mode
   * auto-completion in wiki-text mode

Enhancement of Data Import
   * import of emails (from pop3 server) and their attachments as new
wiki articles
   * directly create contacts and events in the wiki from attached
vCard and iCalendar files
   * new update bot enabling iterative runs of a term import

Brand new wiki skin
   * more tidy and clear arrangement of menus
   * customizable menus

New Deployment Framework
   * convenient administration and automatic setup of MW & SMW
extensions (comparable to APT)
   * easily download and apply patches
   * you can use your own repository as source of updates

Extended Query Interface
   * enhanced auto-completion
   * create queries including inferred query results (via connected
Triple Store)

1.15.
