Matthieu, Resubmit it. It's not likely to fall through the cracks two times in a row. I once submitted a bug that led to a long email exchange between me and a Sun bug evaluator who clearly didn't understand the problem, and refused to acknowledge it was a bug. So I resubmitted it, got somebody else, who email me and told me (correctly) that it had already been fixed in the next major release.
