[8] Review request for 8002077 Possible mnemonic issue on JFileChooser Save button on nimbus L&F

Could you review the fix:

The Save button does not have a mnemonic because the mnemonic is not 
updated after changing the JFileChooser type from default (open) to save 
in the SynthFileChooserUI.
The fix updates the Save button mnemonic when JFileChooser control 
buttons are updated.
