Here, we fixed some of the issues reported by a doclint doclet of javadoc. This time, it's mostly omissions of return and parameters descriptions in some methods and sometimes the lack of definition of public items. We intentionally decided to spend one full day on this work. It's impossible to fix all remaining 400+ issues in javax.swing.text.html in one day. We have, however, a periodic reporting hudson task for doclint issues and will return to that again and again. Thanks, -yan
