Nimbus looks and feel is not setting default Insets for the parent component
which results in same size for parent and child components.
Added a default Insets value for Nimbus look and feel, similar to other layouts.
What is the reason that a tabbed pane width can't be equal to the
width a panel which contains the tabbed pane?
