Did you mean that *the default* value of some property has more priority then
the value of the property it-self? This sounds very strange to me.
I said nothing about the property itself, I just point that the method which is
called in the test setDefaultLightWeightPopupEnabled() is eventually ignored,
but it should not. It should be somehow possible to switch from one type of
popups to another regardless which type of popups used by default.
