Clearly we need to fix the test failure ASAP and it seems the fastest way
to do that is to back out the change that caused the failure especially
since the issue
being fixed is not critical and then reconsider all the issues raised
with more time.
So +1 to the change below. One reviewer is enough for such a backout so
go ahead.
