The current specification of these 2 methods api/java.desktop/javax/swing/plaf/basic/BasicSplitPaneDivider.html#getPreferredSize(). and api/java.desktop/javax/swing/plaf/basic/BasicSplitPaneDivider.html#getMinimumSize() does not specify correct return values. Also, the spec is not very intuitive and clear.
