Freezing of a row!!!

Hi,

   Anyone knows the solution for this? 

I have a table(swing) of 10 rows. When i am scrolling from left end to right
end, I want the first column to be fixed always, That means the first column
should be seen always, from second column onwards i should be able to scroll
till end.
