Have a look at my spreadsheet! It uses JInternalFrames
to display JTables is JApplets. You can download the
source from
http://econ.terrashare.com
then go to software>java spreadsheet
The applet version is called
EarthConnectedSpreadsheetApplet.java
Source code is documented.
It's still quite alpha/beta, but should give you an
idea...
