Hi,
1. yes you can access Swing files from a browser(IE 5.0 and Above,Netscape
3.7 >). All you have to do is download HTMLConveter tool which will convert
the HTML file of yours into browser compatible HTML file. If you choose IE
as your browser it will create a HTML file with meta tags. If you select it
as Netscape it will create CLASS attribute which will make the actual call
of the Swing program.
But you need to have the JRE in the Comp.
Ok.
2. You can very well host it but, if you are trying to access the server
behind a Proxy then make sure that the file is not blocked as part of PROXY
setting.
Have a nice "swinging" Day.
Bye
Ram
