I would have thought you'd need to: 1) Subclass the list UI to override createMouseInputListener() to create a subclass of BasicListUI.MouseInputHandler that overrides mouseDragged. 2) Register the new UI with UIManager How little code you can do this in is down to you. I want all of my JLists to support "press and drag" multiple selection, so users don't have to use the keyboard to get multiple items selected(which SHOULD BE THE DEFAULT BEHAVIOR). What's the least amount of code to allow doing this? Thanks, John (using 1.3) _______________________________________________ Swing mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://eos.dk/mailman/listinfo/swing _______________________________________________ Advanced-swing mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://eos.dk/mailman/listinfo/advanced-swing _______________________________________________ Advanced-swing mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://eos.dk/mailman/listinfo/advanced-swing
