hi,

i've got your address from a friend. maybe you can help me with a java-problem.

beeing in an applet, i would like to view a html-document (that is in the memory, not on disk, so to say a chunk of memory in html-format) in a browser.

using AppletContext().showDocument(URL), i can open a browser window with an url. if i would write the html-document to disk, i could access it via an url. but i don't want to write the document to the disk.

is there a possibility to view the html in an extra browser without writing it to the disk before coming from an applet?

maybe you have an anser for me....

with best regards
