It would be very useful if you could provide the way how you did it, since I get back only stupid mails from them which try to explain, that getting out of the spam-list is possible only once. Btw: Marcel (from Genotec): IMHO it makes no sense to block because of only one blacklist. Tagging and using more than one blacklist would be much better. I advice this mostly because of the fact, that all mail from our mailserver which was addressed to your customers has been blocked by your mailservers in that time where we had the trouble (see above) with Spamcop.
