As far as I heard, they only block / filter certain SMTP-Connections. I can't imagine that they are doing _and_ sharing their own BL's. This would cause the need of people with good knowledge of the whole "mail-thing", which are mostly involved and employed into ther "real" important tasks and not into "marketing bla-bla".
