And don't forget the ISP has to pay the VAT out of the 100% too.
That leaves 17.4% for the ISP to cover all his costs including
Internet bandwidth, investments for routers, helpdesk, admin, billing
and so on...  Consider yourself lucky if you make two or three bucks
per subscriber and month.
